The busy market town of Gorey and Enniscorthy with it’s rich history and heritage are both within 15 minutes drive of the estate.

The latter end of 2023 has seen the first stage in the renovation of the self catering cottages on the Wells estate. The first phase of this project began in the first courtyard of the old stable block in Wells House and while the exterior remains unchanged to the design of Daniel Robertson the new cottages offer a charming blend of classic elegance and modern comfort.

Wells House & Gardens has been a self-catering destination popular with so many over the years.  These cottages are part of old stables in the estate and are a charming base to explore the Wells estate and Co Wexford. To reflect the rich history of the estate each cottage has been named after their original use and tenants from the 1800s.
