Join us at Wells House and Gardens for a weekend retreat into wellness for your body and soul. Enjoy the natural surroundings of the 400-acre estate, sleep peacefully in cosy cottages, relish nourishing vegan/vegetarian, flavourful meals, create a community of well-being.
Friday 18th October
- 4pm Arrival – Namaste! Welcome!
- 6pm Class 1 – 1hour Yin Yoga
- 7:30pm – Dinner in the Wells House Dining Room
Saturday 19th October
- 9:30am – Breakfast
- 11am Class 2 – 1 ½ hours Hatha Flow
- 1:30pm LunchBreak – Relax, explore, create, journal, just be.
- 3:30pm Class 3 – 1 ½ Hours Core & Back Flow
- 5:30pm – Dinner in the Wells House Dining Room
- 7pm Class 4 – 1 Hour Metta Meditation
Sunday 20th October
- 9:30am Breakfast
- 11am Class 5 – Namaste, Slow-Flow & Carry-forward
- 12pm – Checkout

The Courtyard Cottages
Within the Wells House estate is a cosy courtyard, built in the 1600s. Quaint with character and an abundance of history, we have now opened the once working yard as self-catering cottages to continue its story. Our cottages; The Pump House, The Dairy, Molly’s & Mogue’s are named after their original uses and tenants from the 1800s. They have been restored to deliver an authentic, country feel with wood-burning stoves, loft bedrooms and self-catering kitchens. Each cottage has two bedrooms, each sleeping two guests.
Your Teacher – Liz Reilly
I have always loved movement.I initially qualified as a personal trainer & in mat work Pilates. Movement as a way of creating body awareness & well-being has always been central to my work. I am drawn to teach & train in areas that help myself & others feel good.Through my studies in Hatha based yoga (200hr) with Grainne Toher in Dublin, I fell in love with yoga.
I then continued on to advanced teacher training (300hr) with Bryce Yoga School. Further training in Yin yoga (40hr) & Meditation teacher training (40hr) with Ashling Hughes has added breadth to my teaching. Certification in Rainbow yoga has allowed me to work with families and children, so much fun! This brought me to study yoga for children with additional needs with Jyoti Jo Manuel, which is always so rewarding.
A desire to expand my knowledge in body energy led me to a level 3 reiki practitioner certification, always in gratitude to my reiki master Hazel Kanes. Through continual learning, we have moments of great growth & connecting.I hope to connect, teach and be taught by as many people as I can. I have a lot of love and energy to share. Namaste.
