Food and Drink
Enjoy an amazingly tasty
menu from Medley
Those booking Well’s House will have the opportunity to enjoy an amazingly tasty menu from Medley.
Our menus are created by Andrew Rudd and head chef Camila Aruk. A great deal of our food is locally sourced in Wexford, where possible. Our dishes are innovative,
creative and bespoke to each and every wedding. We only use the freshest, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients and all of our beef, lamb, pork, duck, game and chicken are 100% Irish reared. Our beef is 28 day dry aged and is incredibly tender and succulent. We also have an extensive vegetarian menu and cater for all intolerances and allergies.
We are also proud to offer a selection of cocktails, gins, whiskeys, and other premium spirits. We have a limited selection of red and white wines, but also have access to a large selection with famous labels and exclusive vintages.

“Two weeks ago we had our dream wedding in Wells House. It was an amazing and perfect day. Everyone at Wells made sure everything went smoothly and seamlessly. Leading up to the day the team in Wells were so supportive, knowledgeable and helpful in planning it all. The food was absolutely out of this world, we had a lot of happy guests and all the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We really had our fairy-tale wedding and we could not be happier. Wells is a beautiful place filled with beautiful people and I would recommend it to any brides or grooms to be.”
-Tom & Jessie Bates

Stay at Wells
Within the Wells House estate are seven Courtyard Cottages built in the 1600s, quaint with character and an abundance of history. We have now opened the once-working yard as self-catering cottages to continue the story. The Pump House, The Dairy, The Tack Room, The Forge, The Gardener’s Cottage, The Mill, Molly’s & Mogue’s are all named after their original uses and tenants from the 1800s.
