Enjoy an amazingly tasty

menu from Medley

Those booking Well’s House will have the opportunity to enjoy an amazingly tasty menu from Medley.

Our menus are created by Andrew Rudd and head chef Camila Aruk. A great deal of our food is locally sourced in Wexford, where possible. Our dishes are innovative,

creative and bespoke to each and every wedding. We only use the freshest, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients and all of our beef, lamb, pork, duck, game and chicken are 100% Irish reared. Our beef is 28 day dry aged and is incredibly tender and succulent. We also have an extensive vegetarian menu and cater for all intolerances and allergies.

We are also proud to offer a selection of cocktails, gins, whiskeys, and other premium spirits. We have a limited selection of red and white wines, but also have access to a large selection with famous labels and exclusive vintages.

“Medley was a lovely venue for our wedding reception dinner! The food was fantastic – all our guests commented on how delicious everything was, from the canapés to the main course and dessert! The staff were friendly and attentive. We booked Medley without seeing it first and couldn’t have been more pleased with how wonderful everything turned out on our big day. The décor was arranged perfectly and created a warm and classy environment to celebrate with our family and friends.”

“My husband and I were lucky enough to have Andrew Rudd and his team cater our wedding. We had a marquee for 200 guests so from the very beginning we knew the preparations were going to be full on. I can honestly saw we struck gold when we were introduced to Andrew by our wedding planner. He was truly fantastic to deal with from beginning to end. With his guidance we came up with a menu that to this day our guests still talk about. The quality of the food, the presentation, the service, the taste was nothing short of fantastic. Andrew has a natural ability to keep everyone calm while carrying out the event in a highly professional manner. His catering team and waiting staff were excellent and nothing was a problem. Andrew also catered our BBQ the following day for 150 guests, again everything was perfect and food delicious. I would recommend Andrew and his team for any event, large or small if you want high quality and standard of service and delicious food – he is an excellent cook!”

“Two weeks ago we had our dream wedding in Wells House. It was an amazing and perfect day. Everyone at Wells made sure everything went smoothly and seamlessly. Leading up to the day the team in Wells were so supportive, knowledgeable and helpful in planning it all. The food was absolutely out of this world, we had a lot of happy guests and all the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We really had our fairy-tale wedding and we could not be happier. Wells is a beautiful place filled with beautiful people and I would recommend it to any brides or grooms to be.”

Stay at Wells

Within the Wells House estate are seven Courtyard Cottages built in the 1600s, quaint with character and an abundance of history. We have now opened the once-working yard as self-catering cottages to continue the story. The Pump House, The Dairy, The Tack Room, The Forge, The Gardener’s Cottage, The Mill, Molly’s & Mogue’s are all named after their original uses and tenants from the 1800s.
